This is a fee for service program that allows our dealers without access to 2020 Design Live catalog to capture another revenue source in the custom closet industry without all the added costs and time.

Other benefits to your team; allowing designers to focus on sales, eliminate needing another program in-house and the time to learn a new program. We know our dealers are busy, so our goal is to be an additional sale support team that will contribute to your business.

 
Cost

USA Dealer Design cost is $65.00 USD per hour (same rate for revisions)
CAN Dealer Design cost is $80.00 CAD per hour (same rate for revisions)

Design Intake Form

The following intake form will allow us to understand your needs for design per space of the home. An incomplete form delays the design process and creates unnecessary design revisions and additional costs. Please take the time to complete the form and provide all necessary documents and images to help our design team.

Process

1. Complete Intake Form and submit to our support team at: Support@PerfectFitCanada.com
2. We will review all Design Intake Form content shared with us and provide you with a cost confirmation for approval.
3. Once approved. Our team will start the design process and will share a design presentation, Cost Sell Report and design kit files with you within 48 hours.
4. If revisions are needed, you will need to repeat steps 1 to 3.
5. If no revisions are required than you will be invoiced for the design work in our next billing cycle, repeated bi-weekly and payment required immediately once invoiced has been received.
6. When your client is ready then all orders need to be submitted to our order desk at: Orders@PerfectFitCanada.com for further handling. We require a single design kit file and Cost Sell Report for every space being ordered.

Final Presentation

Once completed our designers will share a high quality presentation that you can share with your client, along with design details. We will also share with you the kit file and cost sell report, so you have all the relevant information to present accurate retail pricing to your clients.
