Order Process

 

Step 1. Create Design

Please create 1 design file per single space you wish to order using our up-to-date PFC 2020 Design Live catalog. DO NOT change the actual catalog name, as this will result in you recreating your design since our order desk will not be able to extract relevant information from the corrupt file. Be sure to add appropriate client and space names to all of your individual design kit files, as this ensures your products will have accurate information on their labels. This makes sorting at the job site easier for your installer.

Step 2. Design Review

We encourage designers to book a guided one-on-one session with our support team to all us to review your designs and provide you relevant feedback prior to placing your order. You may use the following link to book this session: Click Here To Book An Appointment with our Support Team
Our support sessions are complementary to our dealers with unlimited access to your support team.

 

Step 3. Submit Order

All spaces require their own individual design kit file, along with Cost Sell Report to be submitted to our order desk: Orders@PerfectFitCanada.com

Example: You have 10 spaces to order, we require one email with 10 design files and 10 Cost Sell Reports to be shared with us.

Our team will respond with an order confirmation email including a PDF global list of parts for all 10 spaces (wooden core parts, accessories, fasteners, etc. needed for your project), as well as individual parts list per space. Production timeline schedule and estimated shipment date will also be shared in this email.

 

Step 4. Cancellation & Changes

Any change to an order requires a full cancellation of that initial order by sending an email to our order desk immediately, as all orders have only a 12 hours cancellation window. No exceptions! The corrected order(s) design kit file(s), along with any additional new design kit files must be re-submitted to our order desk for processing.

 

Step 5. Invoice & Payment

An invoice will be shared with you within 24 to 48 hours from the time of order confirmation email. The invoice will include all spaces, their value, discounts (if applicable), packaging and freight totals. We accept ACH, wire transfers, all major credit cards and e-transfer (Canada only). Once payment is submitted the order will be placed in our production queue. For all accounting information please email: Accounting@PerfectFitCanada.com

 

Step 6. Production & Tracking

Our accounting team will provide all relevant tracking information with you once your order(s) have finished being produced and have left our facility. Please factor carrier travel time when scheduling your installations.
 

Step 7. Installer Guidance

We encourage all designers to print out a design Plan View per space and provide this documentation to your designated installer.
This document is a blueprint for assembling the components. Your installer may also benefit from a one-on-one support session to review the install Plan View and get directed to relevant installation videos and documentations. Our goal is to help build your installer’s confidence with these meetings and resources, as the first few installs are crucial in their learning curve of handling our materials and connector assembly. Step 8. Warranty Claims

All claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product. After 30 days, replacement parts will be at the full expense of the Dealer.
