So, where do you start in finding the right storage solution for your home? Here is a quick and simple breakdown of how our customized process typically unfolds:


Our process begins when a prospective client initially contacts us. If you think you’re in need of storage consulting, don’t hesitate to give us a call. We will schedule a free, in-home appointment to assess your storage needs and get an initial idea for how we might be able to help.

Typically, our appointments last anywhere from one hour to an hour and a half. During your in-home appointment we will take time to establish a level of familiarity with you, discuss you vision and needs for implementing storage solutions in your home, and take a general inventory of the room, or rooms, that you are trying to organize.


After we gain the necessary information from your in-home appointment, we move to work closely with you to create a collaborative, computer-enhanced 3D design. If you’d like to see an example of our 3D models, you can view a sample here.


After we finalize your storage design and receive your approval to move forward with your custom storage solution, we will work with you to book an installation appointment that fits into your schedule. Before installation occurs, we will come into your home, remove any existing storage fixtures, and prepare your home for installation.

Post-Install Follow-Up

After installing your custom storage solution, we will take the time to walk your renovated space with you in order to ensure that you are 100 percent satisfied with our work. After a week has gone by, we will reach out once more to address any additional questions or concerns that may arise.
